As the 3rd generation to have succeeded to the running of the shop, I sought places to vie with our competitors outside of our home region of Kurume in order to fulfill the dream of becoming "the best ramen shop in Japan".
However, as a small ramen shop in Kyushu, we had neither a track record nor money.
I had to try my luck with ability to act that defies common sense and the "MANICHI" flavor that I had always believed in. The origin of the "MANICHI" flavor is its "homemade taste". Ours is heartfelt food made for people who we like.
We provide full-hearted food and service to the customers who have gone to the trouble of visiting us.
What can we do to make customers happy? And how can we impress them? The thing that is always present is the spirit of gratitude.
Even if the number of shops we have increases and however big a company we become, each and every one of us will value the word "thank you very much."
Through the bowls of ramen in front of us, "MANICHI" will continue to grow larger from now on using the humanity of each and every staff member.
If you pursue your dreams, you can shine however old you are!
And, under the motto of sharing that within the organization overall, we carry out business aiming at becoming an organization that can give dreams to our customers and everybody involved with us.
In addition, we are also creating a vigorous organization without forgetting the spirit of "Making a positive impression on customers", "Gratitude" and "Thank you very much".
